2 part app business plan & presentation

need someone to help me create a 2 part business plan. I am looking for funding for an app based business. hoping to find someone that can help me create a knock out business plan and presentation. looking for experience in such a task. if you have an understanding of the restaurant business, also a plus. must be willing of course to sign an NDA.
